The Money Flow Index (MFI) is a useful and popular free Forex indicator for MT4 trading platforms. The MFI is calculated by taking the ratio of the positive money flow to the negative money flow and then multiplying it by 100. The positive money flow is calculated by taking the typical price of a security and multiplying it by the volume of that security.
